Background

Theme is to look like a Range Rover.
It uses the body from a kids electric car modified to fit a Hacky chassis

Construction
How is the chassis constructed?
Majority of the chassis is constructed from 20mm x 20mm box section. Its fully welded together
The box section used allows a level of flex over rough surfaces that is beneficial

Steering? Geometry?
Steering is direct in the style of a go-kart
There is about 8 degrees of negative camber and around 8 degrees of positive caster
Where are your wheels, tyres, hubs, axles from?
Majority of components are from mini ATVs
It uses tyres13x5.00-6 with a knobbly pattern.
The Hacky uses a differential using parts from a Aliexpress
It resolves the issues of a single axle causing understeer
How do your brakes work?
There is a single disc on the differential with a hydraulic caliber
The master brake cylinder is actuated directly from the brake pedal

Powertrain
Motor
Uses single 2000W BLDC motor. The chain tension can be simply adjusted by slacking a couple of easy access bolts.
ESC
1 x Whitebox 2000W e-bike controller. This has a small shunt mod to give it a bit more umph

Changing the wheel/tyre changes the ratio of the gearing by a few percent which can be handy
