Please follow the links below to set up a membership subscription. Memberships are now divided in to two tiers:
Supporter tier – Help ensure the success of Hacky Racers by making a small regular contribution towards our fixed costs such as the website and fees to MSUK for our insurance. It also grants access to our “Builders Chat” on Messenger, the best place to ask for help on your project, with rapid replies from our most experienced builders! This is the best way to contribute if you love seeing us race, or are working towards building your own racer.
Racer tier – Allows entry to races, and contributes towards costs for the storage and upkeep of our shared equipment. You pay more, because you use more!
Upgrades:
If you would like to upgrade from a Supporter to a Racer tier, please take out a new Racer subscription, then get in touch with the payment reference for your existing Supporter subscription, for us to process a cancellation and partial refund for the remaining period. If you would like to surrender the remainder as a donation, then please cancel the subscription yourself using the link at the bottom of your original payment email, then no further action is required. Thanks for your support!
Refund policy:
Refunds are granted only at the discretion of the organisers.
We do not allow refunds due to lack of use of your membership, or due to unexpected renewal.
Privacy policy:
Payments are handled entirely by Square.
Information collected during the checkout process is handled by us only for the purposes of managing your membership to Hacky Racers. This may include keeping you up to date with the latest news and events, and renewals. We will never sell your information.
